How do I exchange a shirt I purchased?
Unworn / unwashed items may be exchanged for another item using the following instructions. Send your unworn / unwashed items to us at:

Please Note:
-Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. We recommend using the US Postal Service, as we find they have the most affordable rates. But you can ship it via any major carrier.
-We do not charge a restocking fee.

How do I return a shirt I purchased?
Unworn / unwashed items may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 15 days. The refund will be given through the original method of payment. We cannot send cash refunds. It will go back onto the credit card that placed the order. If you want to send a return, please email us at hello@cucupan.com.
I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt.
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, please contact us at hello@cucupan.com with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you. This is done at no cost to the customer, since it is our mistake! Typically we will send you a replacement shirt, and pay for you to send the defective / incorrect shirt back to us.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card from VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. If you get an error instead of a shipping option during checkout, please email us at hello@cucupan.com with your location and we will get it fixed.
Attention International Buyers
Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with cucupan, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.
What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx.
FedEx orders are marked as expedited in our system.
ALL SHIPPING RATES are automatically calculated based on your shipping address and the number of item s ordered.
To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, input your address during checkout and click Continue. The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their prices.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping speeds do not include fulfillment time. It takes about 2-7 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Ordering
How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at hello@cucupan.com and let us know. If your order has not entered the fulfillment stage yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email hello@cucupan.com and we can confirm that the order was placed.
What name will appear on my credit card bill?
The name on your credit card bill will be SP * CUCUPAN.
Do you sell shirts wholesale?
Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at hello@cucupan.com. Please include your contact information, what store you are purchasing for, and a valid employer ID number.
